Refund Policy

Clients will obtain a credit on another scheduled date when:

The client notifies Shoal Bay SUP 24 hours prior to the time of the activity.

Clients will obtain a refund when

The Instructor cancels the activity due to unsuitable or dangerous conditions during or before the begining of the activity.(Not just rain)
If the client advises the Instructor of a medical condition such that the Instructor decides, that it would be unsafe for the client to participate in the activity, a full refund will be offered.
A booking has been made and Shoal Bay SUP is unable to provide a service that day.

Clients will obtain a refund

If the client refuses to comply with the Shoal Bay SUP policy and the Instructor determines the client cannot participate in the activity.
If the Instructor becomes aware of a client’s medical condition after the lesson has commenced, such that the Instructor determines it is unsafe for the client to continue in the activity, no refund will be offered.

Gift Vouchers

Must be used by use by date unless other arrangements have been made. No refund is offered once the gift voucher has been offer however the gift vouchers are transferable to other people.

Our Shoal Bay SUP school is Located an hour North of Newcastle , two hours from the central coast and three hours from Sydney.
